Our instructions were to provide a quotation for structural repairs to the retaining wall. The wall is a retaining wall at the rear of the two properties. Structural failure was occurring. Supply and install Platypus ground anchors as per the specification. (By specialist subcontractor subject to their design). Supply and install Helibeam masonry reinforcement as per the attached photo sheet together with crack stitch repairs. Supply and install underpinning together with rebuilding of section of side wall together with pre-formed concrete beams. Remove and reinstate section of timber decking and staircase.

Remove all sand cement mortar to external faces of wall and reinstate with lime mortar to conservation officer approval. Supply and install gully with Aco channel to external face of patio to South-ridge discharging by internal drain to soak away formed of storm cell three meters from corner. Clear all debris from site and leave tidy, make good any disturbed landscaping.
