K College, Maison Dieu Road, Dover

We were called in to assess repairs required to the parapet walls of the college buildings.

The property consisted of X4 flat roof blocks with face brick elevations with brick to brick construction with concrete ring beams.

The results of our inspection indicated serious wall tie corrosion to the elevations and a lack of wall ties to many areas. We were successful in our tender to install 25,000 Helifix Dry Fix Ties and started works on 25.06.2012.
