Poulton Remedial Services - Structural Waterproofing
Penetrating Damp

In many damp situations both above and below ground an air gap membrane is now used to combat damp problems.
A studded membrane is fixed to the wall with special fixings sealed with sealing rope. If the floor is damp or situated below ground this can then be linked to a floor membrane.
Poulton Remedial services have successfully carried out many contracts using the Platon System.

Basement Waterproofing

sump and pump were installed in 2007. It is now
used as a playroom
In situations where water ingress by means of hydrostatic pressure occurs, the membrane system can be linked to an aqua channel which in turn is linked to a sump and pump. The walls can then be finished with battens and plasterboard and the floors with chipboard or screed.
