Poulton Remedial Services - Lintel Failure

Lintel failure is a common problem in both modern and older buildings. Failure of brick arches can be seen in many Victorian houses where movement has caused the arches to relax.
In more modern buildings the outer skin was often built off the wooden window frame and as this starts to decay or replacement windows are installed, the brickwork drops.
When instructed to carry out an inspection of a property, a Helibeam project form is prepared with drawings and photo sheets. These are sent to Helifix with details of any investigations such as monitoring or drain repairs and are approved by one the the Helifix structural Engineers.
